Coffee County farms and equipment belonging to the late former Senator and Circuit
Court Judge-elect Larry Trail are set to be auctioned by Comas Montgomery Realty and
Auction Company Inc. on October 28, 2006 at 10:01 AM.

Situated on the border of Cannon and Coffee Counties, the farms are located in the
Spry Road and Hollow Springs Communities near Bradyville, Tennessee. The farms will
be offered at auction in tracts.

On Hollow Springs Road in Cannon County, there are 70+/- acres in 4 tracts; and on
Spry Road in Cannon County, there are 81 +/- acres in 15 tracts. The farms have
barns and other improvements.This auction will include some personal property and
farm equipment which will be auctioned immediately after the final sale of the real
estate.

The late former Senator Larry Trail was a native of the Hollow Springs community and
lifelong farmer. He was graduated from The University of Tennessee School of Law and
practiced with his wife in the Middle Tennessee area. He was a state senator from
2000-2004 for the 16th Senate district and was Circuit Court Judge-elect prior to
his untimely death in August of 2006.
